BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 2 – 5 years in Sales, Preferably in Products related to Modular Kitchen Industry.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Architecture / MBA
Language Known: English, Telugu (must), Hindi (Preferred)
Skills required: Sales & Marketing, Strategic thinking, Leadership, Man Management, Excellent communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Prepare personnel forecast & sales strategies to target a niche market and prepare appropriate plan of action to penetrate into the targeted market.
  • He/she should be managing strong clientele comprising of Architects, Interior Designers & Kitchen Hardware Resellers.
  • Devising preliminary space planning, estimation and preparation of commercial offer & negotiate offer by ensuring safe revenue and targeted profitability.
  • Prepare monthly information reports on sales, analyze them and take necessary actions.
  • Ensure timely after sales service to all clients & in turn gain customer loyalty and maximum retention
  • Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends
  • Organize promotional events at trade shows.
  • coordinating with production team to ensure prompt delivery of materials.
  • Appoint and Train Marketing associates & Channel Partners in multiple locations.

Remuneration : [Negotiable]

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Executives – (5)

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Fresher – 2 years.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Architecture / MBA
Language Known: English, Telugu (must), Hindi (Preferred)
Skills required: Excellent communication skills, Positive attitude, Willingness to travel extensively

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Interact with Architects, Interior Designers and Kitchen Hardware resellers and educate them about JUMBO Stainless Steel Kitchens.
  • Identify potential residential projects coming up and educate the house / flat owners regarding JUMBO SS Kitchens.
  • Devise preliminary space planning for clients and co-ordinate with our design team to prepare a suitable sales proposal.
  • Ensure timely after sales service to all clients & in turn gain customer loyalty and maximum retention.
  • Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Organize promotional events at trade shows.
    coordinating with production team to ensure prompt delivery of materials.
  • Appoint and Train Marketing associates & Channel Partners in multiple locations.
